RETURN POLICY

 

All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted for made-to-order dresses, which include all dresses from every designer.

 

STORE POLICY

 

● We are not responsible for variations in sizes or fabric. While every effort is made to standardize
shades, it is technically impossible to guarantee identical color matches throughout the season.

● We are not responsible for any delays in shipping caused by the manufacturer.

● Alterations are not included in the purchase price.

● All merchandise must be picked up and paid in full before the wear date stated on the order and
prior to leaving our store.

● Merchandise not picked up within 4 weeks of the first pick-up notification will become the
property of Brilliance. If a monthly storage service is required, an additional fee will apply.

● If Brilliance is unable to order your dress, a full refund will be issued.
